Why this matters…
“At Clean North, our mandate is to encourage and help people to lead greener lives, for the benefit of not just the environment but also humanity,” said Clean North Vice Chair Peter McLarty. “Today’s young people are the environmental leaders of tomorrow. We look to them to come up with innovative new ways to green our world.”
“Awarding these scholarships is an investment in preserving our future and the environment for generations to come,” said Clean North’s Rob Bressan. “We were impressed with all who were nominated, and we wish all of them well as they explore the important environmental issues facing us today.”
