Hey everyone: Ok there is NO meeting this weekend (the long holiday weekend). However there is a few things that are coming up. - Thursday May 26th is the tree planting from 4pm-6:30pm. It is going to be held in the west end near the corner of WEST Street and PORTAGE Lane. - Friday May 27th at the church on Malibar St. (across from Harvey's on Great Northern Rd.) there is going to be a meeting for those interested in helping with the sale of organic plants and vegetables. I was thinking maybe 5:30 ish?? PLEASE let me know a good time for you all.... this time is NOT set yet...but I need a response from you all by SATURDAY May 21st. - Saturday May 28th 7am-12noon is the actual sale for these organic plantes and vegetables. I need to know how many of you are available to come out to this event and at what times?? Breakfeast and Lunch are provided. This is a really good event for our group...last year they had over 3,000ppl attend. - Saturday June 11th 10:30-12:30 (clean up) Clean up at Kinsman park and a BBQ (12:40-1:30) to follow. GET EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO COME OUT!!! :) Just some reminders: - for the tree planting bring some gloves, hat, sunscreen etc - where your t-shirts to all events - Let ME KNOW ASAP about what events you can/cannot come to - The BBQ is our finale event so come out and have some fun! - Ok eveyone have a great weekend and PLEASE let me KNOW ASAP about your attendance.
