YEP meeting!!!



Hey everyone: 

There is NO meeting this saturday March 12th,2005....
but there will be one next saturday, March 19th @
2:00pm..... YES thats right we changed the time if
this is REALLY a bad time let me know and we can
change it but it is only for the March 19th meeting
that the time has changed. 

Also: about the conference in April, PLEASE start
working on what you are presenting 

Robert - Website 

Chris- Tsunami dinner fundraiser and Clean North in
general 

Hazel- The conferences to Milton and the one we did at
the dunn

Ali- The Beavers/Old folks home and Book Drive 

Jill- Tree Planting 

**** If you gurls/guys need any help with what to say
for your presentation I can help

Here are some things to keep in mind and ask your self
when writing your presentations: 

1)Who is involved? Who does it affect? Who helps us? 

2)What is it? What was the pupose or drive behind it?
What are the advatages/disadvantages? 

3)Where does it take place? Where did we get the idea?

4)When does it or did it take place? 

5)Why was it put on? Why did we choose the specific
date on which the projects were conducted? 

6) How did we pull it all togeter? How well or not so
well did it go? 

Alrighty, please remember these are just to help you
and that your topic may not deal with all of these
questions. Plus, it only has to be between 3-4 minuted
long soooooo dont worry about it toooo much. I am here
to help and give you any advice/help you need.
