Conference in Milton November 19, 20, 21

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that the Ontario Environment Network (OEN) conference is coming up and I need confirmation if you intend on riding in the van with us by this Friday or Saturday November 12, 13.

We will be leaving on Friday November 19 at 8 am (meeting at either National Tilden on Great Northern Road or Enterprise Rent-A-Car also on Great Northern) and returning from Toronto on Sunday November 21 to Sir James Dunn High School approximately at 7 pm.

I've attached to this message the letter that went out to parents informing them of the details regarding accomodation, meals, transportation etc.  You received a copy of the agenda in your workshop packages on Saturday.  If you have misplaced that information, you may visit the OEN site at www.oen.ca and view the information there under "Conferences".  The cost is $20.

I will also require a note from your parents which states that they are ok that you will be travelling with me and that they understand that you will be billetted and that they have given you permission to attend.

Rob and Allison, I have accidently misplaced your notes and so I will need another note from you to.  I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I think things went missing on Saturday that I still can't find!

I may not be able to make your Saturday meeting but I will forward Tiffany any information that I think you'd need.  Please feel free to call or if you parents want to talk to me, please do so.  My telephone number is 942-1427.
