Hello everyone!! :)
 
Next weekend Saturday April 15th/2004 we WILL be
having a meeting at Clean North run by Jill. from 2:00
to 3:00. This is a very important meeting as we will
be dicussing up coming events and how we want to kick
off the first YEP season!:) I would really like
everyone to try hard to come as all of your impute is
imporant. 

Also the document attched is a link to the forum,
PLEASE go there and check out some of the cool ideas
that people had. It is really neat and I would like if
you could sign up and respond. 

Plus, Our Beavers rondezvouz whent reallly well and it
was alot of fun.

If you could all check you calenders and see if you
are available for April 23rd, I need to know ASAP,
like by this Thursday April 13th/2004 so I can see how
many people can go and Tell Randy Roy (the guy hosting
it) if we can come. SO LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!!

Howdy all,

At the last meeting, we did some brainstorming about possible events YEP
could participate in in the upcoming months and in the future.  The meeting
was a little small-ish, so there are probably more ideas floating around out
there.

This is a perfect topic for the forum (http://yepforum.howdykid.com).  I
have started a thread there.  If we make a nice list of ideas now, we'll
have something to expand on next meeting.

If you have not signed up at the forum, create a user name that includes
your real name.  This will allow for easier communication.  This is a YEP
only forum, so I'll have to authorize your user name, but you can post in
the topic before I do that.

So let's get talking.  I'm sure there is something we can do before summer
rolls around.
