Members Area on the website

Howdy all,

I just got a permission slip form from Tiffany.  This form needs to be
filled out before we can post pictures on the Web and other places.  I have
made a members page on the website to handle these types of documents.
There is no link to it on the main page because it's really not important to
anyone else.  It's not password protected because it's not really private.
Just off topic, if there is ever a private thing to share with everyone, I
can put it on my site password protected.
