YEP update

Hey everyone! 
Just a little update, there will be no meeting this
Saturday March 20th/2004 as almost everyone is out of
town for the March break, but we will have a meeting
this Saturday March 27th from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. I ask
all of you to please bring $10 for your shirt (if you
want one that is) as well as a yep photo permission
slip allowing pictures of all of you to be posted on
our YEP website. The permission forms can be printed
off our web site www.yep.clennorth.org. Also if you
know people or businesses who might like to make a
donation to our group you must also visit the web site
and print out a business pakage, consisting of an
information sheet (who we are, what we do...ect) and a
contract which must be filled out. 
To recape:
For March 27th/2004 (Next Saturday)
You must have with you:
- Your $10 if you would like a YEP shirt 
- Your photo permission slip(get off web site)
- And if your parents or friends would like to donate
money to YEP, you must print out the package(including
the cover letter and the contract)and turn in the
money,the contract, the business logo(a business card
will be fine, just ask them for one of there business
cards) and thier web page address (if applicable)all
by March 27th. 
So Please don't forget to get donations as we need to
get some more businesses involved.
