Re: wrap up

Hi Peter,

Yes Russ talked Pioneer into giving him the truck, but the Pioneer guy came to visit and check things out, so I will include him on the thank yous too. He gave me his card.

I agree about the date, but would defer to Don if he perceives the added workload to be too much.

Trucks/Loader - we did have a very narrow window for the public to get mulch, but the Lajoies were still happy with the early finish and seemed to have all kinds of patience for waiting in between loads to let the public swoop in. I think it went well the way it was. Would revise my opinion with input from the Lajoies or complaints from the public, though. We can revisit the question.

Thanks for the list. Don will have additional names I'm sure (phone and water at least). I had Jack get 12 disks, I may need a couple more!

While it is fresh in everyone's mind we should be looking at
suggestions/recommendations for next year....

1. What date should we set for next year??? Friday will be the 6th and
Little Christmas celebrations will run into Saturday the 7th. Is it
expecting too much to expect the Ukranians et al to get their trees to
the Mall by 8 am Sunday Jan. 8...or should we wait another week???

2. Do we want the trucks/loader there earlier...or does the public need
MORE time to get mulch?

Here is my thank you list....
PUC (Randy Johnson)
Green Circle (John Martellla)
Lajoie Bros. (Ken/Mark)
Rainone Construction (Tim Rainone)
And-Son Contracting (Bill and Jeremy Yourchuk)
City (Randy Roy)
Christie Campers
Cambrian Mall (Debbie Brogno)
Russ Floyd (I am guessing that he found the second truck himself)

Cheers
Peter
