Thanks Don,
After a lot of back and forth I got confirmation from our insurance guys on Thursday, faxed the certificate and agreement to the mall moments later. I have not heard back from the mall but have also not checked the CN phone messages since then. I will do this. For the past few years, it's been pretty casual, once the fax was sent there was no further communication with the mall unless we phoned them about something.

One thing not mentioned is the outstanding agreement with the Cambrian Mall which requires proof of insurance. There is a phone message for Peter from the Mall left on Wednesday Dec 22 asking about this. The Mall may be unhappy if we open the depot without an agreement.
Kathie: please advise when the agreement is confirmed.
The city delivered the first load of barricades as planned. I will set up the first tree corral this morning.

For those who may have been out of the loop...here are the latest treechip details....as best as I can recall..
Trailer set up (Peter, same location as last year) Dec. 26 and power connected. Don to supply phone, water and heater.
Randy (city) to supply barricades (36?) "early" Sunday morning. Don will meet them.
Green Circle will deliver dumpster Dec. 27 (Mon.) am. Peter will get blue and yellow bins from Green Circle Mon. am.
Monday to Friday...no site supervision...Peter/Don will check the site 4 times daily.
Don is coordinating site supervisors and volunteers for Jan. 1-8 (9 am to 9 pm?)
Food...(Andrea to coordinate ?) Snacks Jan. 1-8 and chilly/hot drinks on chipping day. Don (?) will supply generator for chipping day
Randy (city) will deliver additional barricades (50?) Friday Jan. 7
Chipping day... And-Son want s to be set up and grinding by 8 am. Sunday Jan. 9. He will supply all equipment and labour. We have to supply security (4-6 persons each shift + supervision/coordination). And-Son will be finished and off site by 12 noon. (There will be NO tent as the smaller numbers can be accomodated in the larger trailer.) 12:30...Lajoie's loader will arrive and Rainone's truck. Public will be able to get "free" mulch. Chips will be delivered to Red Cross/Tendercare/city (Randy will secure a location). There should be no chips leftover for "disposal". 4 pm...clean-up/close-up Randy (city) will deliver any "leftover" trees to And-Son
Monday Randy reclaims barricades. Peter returns trailer Green Circle retrieves bins PUC cuts power Thank you, thank you, thankyou and its a wrap!
If anyone notes any ommisiions, please post them in a "reply all"
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! ...and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!...see you at the site
Peter
