Thanks Don,

After a lot of back and forth I got confirmation from our insurance guys on 
Thursday, faxed the certificate and agreement to the mall moments later.  I 
have not heard back from the mall but have also not checked the CN phone 
messages since then.  I will do this.  For the past few years, it's been 
pretty casual, once the fax was sent there was no further communication 
with the mall unless we phoned them about something.
