another update

I talked with Bill Yourchuk on the phone today. He affirmed his commitment with us. He is busy getting caught up from his vacation, so I can't meet with him until next week.

He says now that his preferred time to grind would be "first thing Sunday morning" and that we would look after all of the hauling of the chips. We have to decide how we are going to load the grinder (I am guessing a payloader). We will definitely need labour. Will we need 2 trucks? Bill estimates that 3000 trees would be less than a "semi" load and we are going to use at least 3 tandem loads. We would transfer all of the "leftover" chips and trees (that come in late) to his site.

I am gong to try to corner him for a meeting BEFORE Tuesday evening.

Peter
