Attended: PM, WB, RR, RM, DM & DT
The next meeting will be Tuesady 30 Nov, 7:30 p.m. at the CN office
KB working on getting a response from Great Lakes Power
If GLP does not come through, concensus that it might be better to go with
a grinder 100% rather than a hybrid chipper & grinder operation. Suggested plan is that grinder would operate Saturday night, leaving us mulch to give away, haul away on Sunday; any trees dropped off Sunday would be trucked to the grinder's work center for later processing.
Consensus that it would be preferable for the mulch not to go to hog fuel.
RR has offered barricades; just need to estimate how many
RR offered waste and recycling receptacles if SSM Disposals is short
DM working on a volunteer schedule
Scout generator is confirmed available.
