Hello,
The email list treechip@lists.cleannorth.org is set up for this season and you are on it. If this is not what you wanted, please let me know right away.
Messages to the list will go to all the people working to organize this year's Community Christmas Tree Chipping event automatically, including about twelve Clean North volunteers, and Randy Roy from the city.
If you reply to a message from the list, please remember to decide whether to reply just to the sender (if others don't need to read your reply) or reply to the list (if they do). Messages are archived in the lists on the Clean North website, and are searchable by thread so it's important to either stay on topic with a reply, or start a new topic with a clear subject line.
Also, since messages are archived, please remember to be nice! This is not a problem for Clean North people, but I just wanted to remind you that your words will be readable by anyone for a long time, so make them sweet!
thanks Kathie
