Ken James ought to be called directly - he said last January that he'd be there for us after retirement too. Of course he could have changed his mind since then, especially if he's decided to escape winter...
I don't have a home phone number for him. And there's nothing terribly obvious in the Bell directory. Maybe GLP would oblige?
