to all: Randy Roy's commitment to supply and deliver additional barricades. We need consensus on how many and when.

Instead of the caution tape we will supply and deliver any additional
barricades that you require to ensure a safe work area. We will have them
delivered to the site where your workers will be required to set them up and
take them down. We will pick them up the following Monday morning if
possible. Let me know if this is will solve the problems and I will make the
final arrangements.

We thought of danger (caution?) tape as well. Any idea where we could get some?

Instead of pennant rope some danger tape might do the trick. It is highly
visible and easy to stretch out between the barricades and the general
public recognizes it as a control line.
thanks

Thanks for the date, Randy. I've been telling callers that it will close at the end of October. Good to know what exactly is the last day.

I'll forward this to Steve and Don too, about cleaning up any of our
"basement paint" that we can't put out for reuse. We can continue to
accept latex paint through the winter months, so you could refer callers
to us for that item.

Re: tree chipping. Date is Jan 11th. We met a few wks ago to begin
planning, have some plan revisions to improve safety. One item I am
planning to look around for: do you know where we could get hold of
some pennant rope? The sort of thing car dealers seem to use a lot
of. We think we could rope off some of our equipment area, thus get better
personnel control without having to increase the number of wooden
barricades in use.

Sorry for the odd keyboard glitches - I have a service call in to Dell for
a replacement - this is driving me crazy.

as always, thanks for your enthusiasm and help.

Could you please inform your staff that the closing date for the
Household waste site is Oct. 25/03.
If they have a large quantity of paint for us we would ask that they
bring it before that date to avoid the rush.
I understand the next major event for your organization will be the tree
chipping. If you require any assistance or resources I would be more than
happy to work with your organization in an effort to make this a safe and
successful event for you.
