I agree with Murray...$500 sounds fair. I too would like to check out the condition when it is set up. Would we use it more than once a year? How much might we be able to rent it for? Could we recoup our costs by renting it (possibly for a back-up thru Dandi?????) It would probably require a DRY storage area to prevent (lessen) the fabric deterioration. I would hope that there is at least 5 more good years of service; otherwise it wouln't be much of a deal. (I think $100/year would be worth it...no hassles trying to find a freebee!)
