I will be there at 5 pm with the extension cord and the keys that we still 
have at the office.

Derek, please phone Palmer Paving again asap.  We need at least 12 
barricades to get started.

I don't think it will be a problem to have a smaller Pile #1 than before, 
but will defer to Murray's judgement on that one.  If he wants the bins 
moved, we'll ask John M. to send a truck early next week, and we'll move 
the trailer again then.  Until then I think we should just set it up in the 
space available.

Re:  Sunday.  I think we won't really need too many bodies so soon, most 
people keep the tree up until New Year's anyway.  I will schedule a couple 
more people, just so that 3-6 pm person doesn't get too lonely, but will 
also go there every 3 hrs all day to make sure it's not out of hand.

We'll also need a few signs up in the trailer for site supers, such as 
phone numbers of people, some reprints of things that are in the site 
super's binder, etc.  I'll have a look through that stuff tomorrow at the 
office, and get the binder ready by Sunday too.
