Meeting at CN office, 7 pm.  In attendance:  Don, Peter, Murray, Kathie. 
Regrets:  Derek.

Trucks:  We have one from Rainone, we need one more.
Peter to ask LaFarge.
Derek to ask And-Son if LaFarge can't do it.

Kitchen:  We still don't have a solution.
Don to borrow Venturers equipment.
All to think of a CN volunteer who could be recruited to manage the kitchen.
Peter to ask Sault Search and Rescue to run the kitchen, also bring a 
kitchen tent.
Kathie to ask Peter Courtemanche for the kitchen tent.
Kathie to phone the mall about borrowing tables for the kitchen.
Derek to ask Mark Crofts to bring the warming tent.

Site Setup:
Murray to prepare final site plan.
Derek to make a plan and inform the group about trailer setup, who will 
move it, who will level it, where cinder blocks will be obtained from for 
blocking it.
Derek will ask Palmer Paving for barricades to appear on site on the 26th. 
Group will meet to prepare trailer, set up barricades.
Derek will ask PUC if they have our power cord from last year, if not, 
Kathie will drop off another power cord to PUC office.
Don will pick up cell phone and deliver to site when needed.

Promotions:

Kathie to phone Doris about tree lots, whether lots have the coupon/tag, if 
she will bring sandwich boards to lots.
Kathie to phone Randy Roy of the city, ask about yellow box handouts for 
site, promotional signs for yellow box bin.
Kathie to send news release to various media outlets.
Marc Dubreuil to try to obtain Anti-idling pamphlets to hand out.
Kathie to ask Jack to pick up discs at Lamon's after Christmas, and put in 
the screw eyes.
