Hello Tree chip group We're having a planning meeting next Thursday evening at 7:30 at the office. on the agenda: Signs and more signs. We have sign material primed, and we'll go through the signs we have now, and decide what else we need. Site supervisors. I have a schedule made up, and some new site supers recruited. We can pick our own times and plan a site supers orientation evening. Food. Andrea has agreed to organize the food volunteers again. Same again? or has anyone any other ideas? Site plan. Same as last year, or any changes? Materials collected this year. Equipment needs. Derek and I have most things confirmed, will go over it with everyone and take suggestions. Publicity. Debbie and I have done lots, there's still lots to do. Suggestions welcome. Additional agenda items kathie
