Web changes

Two major changes:

The website now uses your network login rather than a separate one.  You
still need to have access specifically granted to the website, it doesn't
just come with your network account yet, but at least now you don't need a
second password.

Second, we've switched to a homegrown webmail system.  You can find it by
logging in to cleannorth.org and accessing 'webmail' on the right or by
going to http://webmail.cleannorth.org/ as before.  If you find there's
a feature that you need that you could do before with SquirrelMail, email
web-devel@lists.cleannorth.org with a description.  For a short while, you
will be able to access the old webmail system at
http://oldwebmail.cleannorth.org/ as well in case I missed something big.
Expect this to go away by April 14.
