Problem with CN fax 945-0595

Techies list:

I was expecting a fax on the CN number which never arrived and when I checked the sender said that it was sent last week.

So today I sent a test fax from work and the transmission status was 'completed' but when I came to the CN office to check there was no fax output  on Darkhelmet.  I was able to print to  Darkhelmet  ok so the problem must  be that the faxes are not being sent to Darkhelmet.  This seems to be a recurring problem with the CN network.  Can someone please look into this?  I expect (hope) there should be a number of faxes waiting in a queue to be printed.
