Problems with the CN network

I noticed Sunday that I could not print from Valium to Darkhelmet; no error message but nothing gets the printer as it sleeps in power-save mode.
Today I sent a test fax to CN (945-0595); from the sending end appears to transmit sucessfully but nothing came out on Darkhelmet.
Today while logging in on Valium I noticed a number of network error messages scroll by in the temporary window that comes up.
Anyway, not being able to receive faxes is a big issue for me. I'd asked six high schools to fax me names of student volunteers for a Bon Soo event occuring this Saturday (two days from now)
