Simply stores its data in database files where you tell it to.  Those should
be it.  I've set things up for the longest time to make it extremely
difficult, if not impossible to save to the C: drive.

If the data is on the F: drive (where it should be), just opening the data
in the new simply is all that will be needed.

If it was on the C: drive, there is no way to recover it.  Considering the
acceptable use policy explains what will happen if you save stuff to the C:
drive, I would very much hope that's not where anything went.
