Mozilla does not know what to do with this

Working off Wedge, I was hoping to get an e-mail address for a particular school from the ADSB web site. (http://www.adsb.on.ca)

On their home page there is a school directory button which links to:
http://www.adsb.on.ca/cgi-bin/SchoolDirectory.pl

Unfortunately Mozilla could not automatically deal with this file extension type so I had to give up.

Any suggestions?
