We'll have to see what the print server has to say about it, which means
running the IPX-based software that Intel distributes for it.  Jim, can you
do this when you have a minute?

90% of the time, bad print quality is just because of a bad toner cart.
IIRC, the toner cart that came with it was never great to begin with.  It's
also of uncertain vintage, and no-one knows how it was handled before (and
indeed, after) we got our hands on it.  I'd give it a 99% chance that a new
toner cart will fix up your print quality problems.

Where are you feeding the labels from?  Trying to cram them into the tray or
using the manual feed?

I'd expect the manual feed to work, but I wouldn't be surprised if the tray
rips non-bond to shreds.
