This is the second time Shaw has broken DNS resolution for their customers. This time, I didn't notice for three days! They made a change on June 3 between 10:30:45 and 10:31:04 that broke forward resolution of domains without an A record, thus breaking reception of a lot of email for us. This is _bad_! 169 messages to be exact... all bounced. Does anyone want to chew them out?
