incrementing backup tapes

Hi,

I've noticed that the Charlie Root backup tape messages are no longer 
incrementing the tape numbers.  This is the third week I've been told to 
use 01 (sorry had to wait until this morning to confirm that - I wasn't 
positive that it was doing this because I don't generally save those 
messages).

So the incrementing was lost in the recent changes to backup procedures. 
Could you fix that, Dan?  In the meantime I'll use Tuesday 02 today bc I 
used 01 last week.
