Mulberry and Debbie

Hi, I walked through Mulberry with Debbbie this morning and could use some 
coaching here.

First it wasn't saving her basic preferences, so I set that up, with 
mail.cleannorth.org as the IMAP and SMTP servers, and got it to save that.

But it will not allow her to log in.  I had her change her password (I 
assigned her one) and then change it back to what she had, both times using 
the online password change function, and logging out and back in again with 
the new password each time.   But Mulberry still won't let her open her 
Inbox with that username and password.  I'm confident she was typing it 
correctly.

Any clues?
