That's possible, though, I doubt it.

Have her delete her roaming profile...

1. Log in
2. start >> run >> c:\winnt\profiles\
3. Select 'debbie' and delete it.
4. Log out (make sure she's not logged in to any other machines at the
time).
5. Log in
6. start >> run >> u:\pc\oldsetup.reg
7. Log out
8. Log in
9. Run WordPerfect

This might kill mulberry depending on how old her old account was.  If so, I
can fix relatively easily, just let me know.
