debbie is missing!

Hi, Debbie cannot log in this morning.  She had reset her password
according to the new rules.  She is on Luke.

I tried to reset her password from superuser privileges, while logged in on
Biggs, and received the following message:

Failed to find entry for user debbie.
Failed to modify password entry for user debbie

please advise.
