Hi Jay, the computer names are on white labels on the boxes themselves. So the library computer is Wedge, the far end is Biggs, and the three in the middle are HanSolo, Luke, and Owen (but I don\'t remember in which order). All except Wedge are very similar machines, but they do have some differences, and so it helps the techies who respond to these things to know which machine you\'re working on when you have a technical problem. It also helps the diagnosis if you also try to do the same thing while logged in to another machine, and if you try to get someone else to do the same process (under a different login). Then report what happened, and they will likely ask you to try one or two more things to give them more information. It\'s the situation of having our help working at a distance. Organizations with computer staff just send someone to figure your problem out for you, but we have to do the testing and report our findings so that it might be diagnosed (and, we hope, fixed) remotely. So we have to be more intelligent and responsible than most \"users\" of advanced networks. It\'s the price we pay for our amazing computer network, and it\'s a good thing.
