They "sent" when I put mail in the spot for my SMTP host name. Of course they didn't actually send because I got that error, but they're no longer in the queue, nothing is. But I still get the same error whenever I try to send anything. It will happen when I try to send this reply to you, so I'm going to copy and paste it into a mail.com message to you, too. > > > So why would Pegasus kill my Send mail host name? It's been resetting me every time I close and restart, for about two weeks now. Until this time, it's only been annoying, but if it's resetting SMTP host, or something in a queue somewhere that says <@>, that's a bigger problem. > > root@obiwan:p3[/home/kathie/PMAIL]# diff PMAIL.INI /etc/skel/PMAIL/PMAIL.INI > 11,12c11,12 > < Alternative From: field for message = kathie@cleannorth.org > < TCP/IP timeout value (seconds) = 25 > --- > > Alternative From: field for message = mboxname@cleannorth.org > > TCP/IP timeout value (seconds) = 15 > 15c15 > < Personal name = Kathie Brosemer > --- > > Personal name = User Name > 24c24 > < Copy to self = Y > --- > > Copy to self = N > > > And why does it bug me to install a "newer version" once in awhile?
