The password she has now is explicitly set to be legal, however.  But
remember that the system returns the (very silly) error of "old password not
valid"  if the new password doesn't meet the password requirements.

I _believe_ without checking that the requirements are:

min 6 characters (might be 7)
and two of:
  1.  Letters
  2.  Numbers
  3.  Other characters like $£"^%(*

The password cannot be more than 75% of any one of those 3 classes, either.
