Network outage.

In case you missed it, we had a network outage for the past two days... It's
fixed now with the help of Jim, who now has detailed instructions on how to
fix this kind of outage.

I only noticed because I'm still reasonably well connected in the UK right
now (I can manage to get online about once/day).  In a week's time, though,
that all changes.  If these things don't get reported to techies@lists
(_someone_ will have a way of emailing from home even in these
circumstances), they won't get fixed.
