No, that subject doesn't mean Quigon runs NT... I'm not insane! :) Wedge has NT installed on it... and it's configured quite nicely. We're using roaming profiles for NT. The utility of this will become apparent as I add more NT machines to the mix. We also have a network-wide policy file (removes the display settings tab, etc.) so no more configuring each machine independently. And I removed the annoying "welcome" screen too. Now for Quigon: I re-built Quigon using different hardware. There are still a few glitches, but I expect it to remain working while I figure them out. With any luck, it'll be more stable than the old one. In the meantime, let's hope we don't have any power failures... it's not watching for them to alert the other machines. :( Next step: UPS config, and figure out the minor glitches with Quigon... Then... deploy NT everywhere. (I suggest you all try it on Wedge to get aquainted with it.
