meeting - May 23

Hello everyone

Plans are well underway for the next BOYD on June 1 and 2.  We have
received 34 calls since the beginning of May about the computer swap so
far.  Posters are being put up, faxes have been sent to the media and
things are happening.

I would like everyone on the planning committee to meet next Wednesday
night, May 23 at the Clean North office at 7:30 pm.  The meeting will
start precisely at 7:30, so please arrive a few minutes early

The agenda includes floor plan of the church, screening volunteers,
final approval of price list and any other details we  need to talk
about.

As well, there maybe an additional meeting on May 30th, if we decide
that we need to meet once more before the big day
