Hello, everybody!

Most of the archive functions are set up now, so you can go in and see all
messages that have gone between the group in planning for tree chipping (all
that have been sent to this email list, that is).

You each have a login on cleannorth.org and you need to go there immediately
and change your password so that only you know it.

We have assigned you temporary passwords that are your last names (all
lowercase). Your username is your first name (nickname) except andrea who
we have called andreaw to ease confusion.

Go to cleannorth.org to login and change your password. After that, you
have to set your browser to http://lists.cleannorth.org/ to find the
archives. Some functions aren't ready yet, but you will see what we're
trying to do, and looking at files is very possible now.

To reply to a posting, you reply in your own email program to the
treechip@lists.cleannorth.org message, and it will thread a reply in the
archives. If you don't know what I just said, reply to this message and
then go and see what the archives does to that.

enjoy!

kathie
