Re: Carole Rubin talk preparations

Hi Lucy,

I will be at the office in the morning - from about 9:30 to 11. Can you make it then? I could also stay a bit longer if you need to come later, or come back after my afternoon meeting if you'd prefer later in the day. Let me know.

Kathie

Hi Everyone: I can go to the office tomorrow (Friday) and fax the notices
to the Councillors and the media list. Does anyone know what the times
that the office will be open tomorrow? I will also put up posters at the
Prince Township Hall, Airways General Store, A&P Market Mall and
No-Frills. Lucy.

Good day, I have made more posters and will leave them at the CN office.
I also gave several to Nancy Scott who will do the MNR, OFRI and CFS
offices and to a friend who would put them in the hospital. I dropped
off posters
at
Library, YMCA, Stones, Stag Hair shop, and gave some to a worker at Bondar
Building.
A trip down Queen street would be a good place to add more posters and I
will do the John Rhodes centre today.
Anyone could reproduce the poster and distribute them at workplaces.

Jack has contacted the Sault Star and Soo This Week for inclusion of a
notice in their
"What's On".
Lynda Bowyer will be a contact at the college as I will be away and she
will
attend the session to expedite any problems that may occur on the night.
With the publicity of the newspaper articles we should get a good turn
out but I talso should be on the office message (K. can you arrange this)
Peter and I are Envirothonning tomorrow and Sat at Wakonda so we will
also spread the word there.
(Suzanne- can you do the Hort folks).
Lucy, I am not sure if you go to the office but if you or someone else
could
fax the notice to the city councillors and the media list on the Fax
machine
that would be a help.
Any other suggestions or Please reply to all.
David T

David Trowbridge dropped some of the posters off at the office yesterday

distibution. They are on the front desk.
