Hello all, I have received a reply from Bill
O'Donnell after sending a message expressing frustration at not getting a
response to previous requests. He is prepared to set up a meeting according to
Dr. Northan's schedule and I think I will ask him to give us a time and whoever
is available can attend. It will likely be later in July but history makes me
skeptical.
I know the Vehicle Emission Clinic is on the
books for the 22/23 and I would likely suggest the following week 28/29/30. We
may want to stategize before we the meeting but essentialy we would be looking
for the Health Unit's support for a bylaw proposal.
