Meeting re Bylaw Oct 21

We have planned to meet on Mon Oct 21 Upstairs at Rome's to discuss options
with interested parties and that plan is still on the table. Peter M noticed
that they Counsel is discussing the smoking by-law that night in city hall
and that may dilute our response from Cancer Societ, Lung Assoc etc.  Also
THe Health Unit says they don't have a policy on this and we would need to
contact the Medical Officer of Health and express our concerns for this to
become an issue for them to consider. 
I will be away until Mon Oct 14 so contact me then with commennts as to
whether we should proceed on the 21'st or wait a week. 
I heard a North Bay counsellor on the radio discussing her plan to introduce
a bylaw motion so the snowball is starting to roll in the north.
