Re: Clean North Volunteers for plant sale

Hello Everyone,

I'm taking the lead on organizing the Clean North table for the Plant Sale on May 24th...but I am only organizing as I have to set -up and woman another table [seeds of diversity] for that day also.

SO....here's what we need volunteers for:

1. People to volunteer to come to Clean North Monday May 19th at 6pm to help bring everything up from the basement [hort. society and C.N. stuff]

2. People to meet at Clean North Wednesday May 21st at 6pm WITH VEHICLES to move all of Monday's stuff to the United Baptist Church where the Plant Sale is being held

3. People to meet at the United Baptist Church Friday May 23rd to help set up Clean North table [I have another table to set up] and generally help with set-up

4. People to man / woman the table Saturday May 24th

5. People to take down materials and bring back to Clean North after the Plant sale on Saturday May 24th -again WITH VEHICLES

*I know some people have already said they would volunteer...still please email me and let me know what you can do[#1-#5], when, and for how long --- ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE TO MOVE THINGS BACK AND FORTH.

I can also collect all materials on the Monday that are upstairs and help load vehicles on the Wednesday with others.
