We've done this several times before, VTA, Northwatch, Wildlands League, 
Naturally Green all had staff here at various times.  I completely agree 
about the physical presence in the office.  It's always a good thing, 
and help with our overhead is very timely too.

Insurance:  they provide proof they have it, as well as WCB.

Rent:  in the past I have divided the monthly operating cost by 6 (we 
can accommodate six bums on seats at desks) and set the rent at that, 
adjusted depending on how deep or shallow the pockets are that we were 
hosting.  Do we know what Sault North can afford with their grant?
