Clean North booth at Plant Sale 24 May

Folks:
One of the agenda items at the next CN meeting (6 May) will be the CN booth at the plant sale on Saturday 24 May.
Katie Pearson (who will not be at the meeting) has offered to help with the booth but she does not want to do it alone.  Suzanne Hanna and I are already involved with other aspects of the plant sale so we can not lead the committee that will plan and implement the booth.  What I believe we need is a group of people who will oversee plans for: the display, arrangements for the booth to be set up beforehand and taken down afterward, plus people to man the booth between 8 am and 12 noon the day of the sale.
Here is what Katie Pearson had to say when I asked her if she could lead the committee:
Regarding the Clean North booth at the plant sale:
I'm happy to share the responsibility of being at the booth from 8-12 that day and getting the stuff together for it, but I'm not sure if I can lead a committee.  I don't feel like my schedule these days will allow me to try to coordinate with too many people (ie. a committee).  It would be great if that person had a car to transport stuff, since i don't.

I'm happy to coordinate the following:
-CN display - do we have any pictures of CN volunteers DOING stuff?
-CN volunteer sign up sheets, bathouse/rain barrel request forms
-bat boxes & rain barrels on site for sale (are there any?)
-petition re: baghouse on blastfurnace #6 & #7 and hand out info re: how to access the Environmental Bill of Rights for citizens to voice concerns re: ASI's current application for certificate of approval
-info re: where ewaste is now going
-CN donation jar?
Do you have any other ideas for the booth?
Katie

The things I can think of adding to Katie’s list are the sale of worm composter kits and coir bales.  It would be nice if we had a CN brochure ready for the plant sale; Peter started on one but when he asked for input I understand that no one responded.
