Earth Day Event at library

This pertains to our video presentation at the SSM Public library on Earth Day 22 April.

Outstanding Items
 
Posters: Later today I will leave 20 colour posters (two sizes: letter and tabloid) on the front desk at the CN office. We need some of you folks to put these up in appropriate places next week.  If you don't have a key to the CN office please contact Ursula, Peter, Jack, Suzanne, or myself to arrange pickup.  If we run out of posters and you want more please let me know.
 
Publicity:  I will work with Suzanne Hanna who will make arrangements for CBC Sudbury to interview Luke Macmichael live on the radio preferably on April 21 or the morning of the 22nd. We will offer a number of copies of the movie DVD for them to use as a contest prize. 
 
Handout at the Event: We need a handout at the event.  I'm thinking of a page listing one or more internet links for each topic covered by the movie?  Does anyone have time to help with this?
