RE: Clean North e-news

Does your message suggest that people just go to Lemieux's anytime for free mulch?
 
If so have you worked out the logistics for this with Phil & Kathy?
 
My arrangement with them is that access to the mulch would be controlled through us in cooperation with them so people would not just show up whenever.  Our mulch is back in behind where the public does not normally go.
 
Please advise ASAP.  Thanks.
