Ok, Suzanne took care of steps 1 to 3, and I took care of 4 to 6 and part of 7.
Someone else can please seal the envelopes and take them to the post office. I'm guessing that the post office will want them sorted by postal code ('P' , 'not P' and USA).

The newsletter is ready, it's at Kwik Copy.
Can anyone go get it and then fold/stuff/mail?
1. pick up at Kwik Copy
2. get a box of 500 envelopes on our account at Stones
3. take it all to the office
4. rubber stamp the CN return address on the envelopes
5. get the sticky labels I will leave on the desk, and label the envelopes
6. fold sufficient newsletters to fill the labelled envelopes
7. stuff and seal
8. take it all to Churchill Plaza post office and have them stamp and mail, on our account
who can do which tasks? It cannot wait til our Wednesday meeting, and I am swamped with work. Yes I really am writing this at 4:20 am.
help!
