BOYD Adult volunteers?

Folks:

We seem to have enough of the youth volunteers lined up and that's the part 
that I've always looked after.

What I've not done much about is contacting or scheduling adult volunteers.  
We have never been very good at keeping records from past BOYDs to refer to 
and who did what when is not documented.  As far as I know there have been 
no phone calls to any individual members.

The only adult volunteer I've confirmed is Bill Cole and his son Mason who 
will come at 3:00 p.m. Saturday and stay until the end.  At this point 
Debbie Clark and Penny Martin are maybes.

Many of you have helped with BOYD in the past so the assumption is that 
everyone is planning to do what they have always done.

If anyone can think of someone who has helped in the past, please go ahead 
and contact them.  I'm hoping that enough of the right people show up when 
we need them.
