My time in September

Folks,

It looks like I will not be able to attend the CN office cleanup on Sept 12 
nor the next CN meeting on Sept 14.  I will also not be available for the 
three days preceding BOYD on Sept 28->30.  I will be around for BOYD on Oct 
1 & 2.

As far as the Sept 12 office cleanup goes, I will try to have consolidated 
all the stuff in the basement that Im responsible for into the central area 
and surround it with a string of flagging tape.  Anything outside that area 
I will attach a note indicating that its my responsibility.

Looking toward BOYD 5.1, I will:
- contact all the high school students that helped in the spring
- contact all the folks that sent e-mail to volunteer@cleannorth.org in the 
spring inviting them to submit their names again
- contact any new folks that enquire about volunteering by e-mail or 
telephone (folks checking the CN voice mail could save messages for me to 
listen to or transcribe the message and sent it me via e-mail)
- send a notice about volunteering for BOYD to local high schools
- produce a volunteer application form for use at the BOYD volunteer 
orientation meeting on Sunday September 26.
- try to arrange community service volunteers to help with the event

What I dont have is a record of the non-high school volunteers who helped 
with BOYD last time (unless they e-mailed volunteer@cleannorth.org), both 
technical and non-technical.  Someone else should start thinking about who 
these people are and start contacting them.
