I've just added a new collection site: The Collegiate Heights Retirement Home.
Here's a status report....
Sources of Compost Waste:
Collected Once per week: 75 Madeleine St. (household of one senior citizen) OMNR OFRI (lunch room; 100+ employees) The Collegiate Heights Retirement Home (kitchen; 50+ residents)
Collected Twice per week: OMNR Bondar Place (five coffee stations; 200+ employees) Chartwell Food Service, Roberta Bondar Place (public cafeteria)
Composting Sites:
Allard Street Community Garden (spring, summer, fall) 74 Trelawne Ave (winter) Clean North basement - Vermi-composter (all year)
