Well workshop

We're started.

I've booked the facilitator for our Information Providers Workshop (where 
we invite well drillers, gov't agencies, etc. so we all get on the same 
page in handling calls from the public) for the afternoon of October 29th.

Now we need a room.  Suggestions wanted.

We need a space big enough to hold 25 people, who can work around tables 
together, a TV/VCR, and powerpoint projector.  We can rent the electronics 
from Moores if necessary, but suggestions for that would also be good.

I've tried:

the bug lab.  Their big conference room is booked that afternoon.
city hall.  No outside bookings during the day.

Remember we have a budget for this, so if necessary we can rent a room at 
the Water Tower Inn or somewhere.  But it would be nice to have it for 
free, and we can afford a day or three to try to get a free space.  Ideas?
