next boyd- Sept 19-20 or Sept 26-27?

I need a response here:  Who is available to help plan the next BOYD?  Who 
is constrained by either date?

September 19-20 is just three weeks away.  We could have the location (PUC 
building on Second line next to the cop shop) either that weekend or the 
following weekend.  Peter, Dan, and I will check out the site this 
afternoon and I'll report back to you.

Randy Roy at the city has offered to help publicize it, and with this 
location we'll need all the help we can get.  It's a bit early for high 
school volunteers but maybe not impossible.  It will be nice to get this 
one out of the way early so we have lots of time to enjoy the fall and plan 
for Tree Chipping.

Please let me know if you can be there for one weekend but not the other 
one.
